Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating personalized and custom pieces. Reach out to us with your idea and we'll do our best to make it happen. Please allow extra time for custom orders.
How do I know how much fabric to order?
Fabric is sold by the yard. If you're unsure how much you need for your project, feel free to contact us and we'll help you figure it out.
Can I order a specific cut or length?
Yes! If you need a specific amount that is not listed, please reach out to us at greenacrestts.com and we will create a custom order for you with the exact amount you need.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days for in-stock items. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Need it sooner? We're happy to arrange express shipping for an additional charge — just reach out to us before placing your order!
What are your shipping rates?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total: $5.00 for orders up to $49.99, $8.00 for orders $50–$99.99, and FREE shipping on orders $100 and over.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Absolutely — we love and appreciate our military! We are happy to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please allow a little extra time for delivery to military addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return fabric I've ordered?
We do accept returns on non-personalized fabric and items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Personalized and custom-made items are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right!

We carry a curated selection of Moda and Riley Blake fabrics, along with handmade items and sewing notions.
Do you restock sold-out fabrics?
Fabric availability depends on what's available from our suppliers. If you're looking for a specific print, reach out and we'll let you know if a restock is possible.
