We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns we accept:

• Cut yardage and fabric sold by the yard (non-personalized)
• Embroidered items (non-personalized)
• Unopened notions and accessories

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Final sale items — no returns accepted:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items made to your specific measurements or specifications

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at greenacrestts@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
